A moderate pressure massage utilizing heated stones to melt away muscle tension while grounding the body in warmth and comfort. Ideal for stress relief and deep relaxation. Stones may be placed on specific areas or used as an extension of the therapist’s hands to soften tight muscles and improve mobility.

Using a combination of techniques and tools-this session helps relieve pain, increase soft tissue mobility and restore overall physical function and well being.
